Community Garden Participatory Design

While working as a Project & Design Coordinator for NYC Parks GreenThumb, I developed a city-wide community garden participatory design program. I facilitated dozens of workshops with garden groups, produced and developed design plans, planned garden-builds, procured materials, and celebrated with community upon completion. For these efforts, I was awarded the Brooklyn Queens Land Trust "Presidential Award" and a NY State Assembly Cetificate of Merit. 2014-2017.
